How is my Voice secured through biometric technolgy?
Your voice is a unique digital imprint. Biometrics offer highly reliable security because each person’s vocal anatomy—throat, palate, and vocal cords—creates a distinct pattern when shaping the airflow from the lungs as they speak. Starting with the raw audio and its corresponding waveform, which includes elements beyond human hearing, the biometric voice system analyzes this waveform to extract key features that are unique to every individual.
How can one be sure that the message comes from an authentic Merchant, Money Transmitter, or Financial Institution and not from a fraudulent number?
The Merchant, Money Transmitter, or Financial Institution can send payment requests via WhatsApp® to their clients or customers, who in turn will be able to verify that they come from an authentic and reliable source within the same application or within the WhatsApp® Business Account that includes the official logo of the Merchant, Money Transmitter, or Financial Institution, along with a check mark, such as, , indicating that the number is an official verified corporate number. The cardholder may verify it directly within WhatsApp before he or she may decide to execute the payment.
How can I protect my mobile phone from being hacked or attacked by a virus that could jeopardize my credit/debit card information and payments through WhatsApp®?
We recommend using the Lookout® App, available for iOS and Android, which helps prevent unauthorized access to your phone or smartphone. It’s important to note that even if someone gains access to your device, they won’t be able to read your WhatsApp® messages, as they are encrypted.
Similarly, your card information is not stored on your phone—it is encrypted, tokenized, and securely stored in the Cloud, away from your mobile device. Even if someone were to access your WhatsApp® account, they wouldn’t be able to use your payment authorization recordings or messages, as verification numbers are randomly selected, and your credit card details are never stored on your phone.
Can I use other alternative credit or debit cards for payment?
Yes, if a payment with the credit or debit card you provided is rejected, SocialCashier will provide you with alternative enrollment payment options, as required.
Do I have to pay any special fees to use VoicePay to make any payments?
No, the service is completely free to the user or cardholder.
Is the VoicePay enrollment and payment process a requirement?
No, the VoicePay enrollment and payment process is a completely optional feature.

How can I send a payment request to my clients?
Through a secure web page, as a merchant or user of SocialCashier, you can send a payment request to a particular customer or a list of customers at any time. Our system will automatically send messages to your customers as many times as needed until the payment is received. Once the payment is finalized, the system will stop sending messages. We will also provide you with APIs that allow you to connect to SocialCashier with your own sales or commercial system and send payment requests when your systems require it.
As a merchant, what can I do if the customer or cardholder refutes a transaction as fraudulent and tries to request a chargeback?
SocialCashier & VoicePay maintain a secure historical transaction log using blockchain technology and encrypt each cardholder’s voice recordings for both enrollment and payment processes. These records can be accessed by an authorized merchant administrator in the event of a payment dispute. For support and assistance, please contact your acquiring bank or payment processor’s call center.
Will our business be able to use our branding to execute transactions and customer base, or will we be required to use your branding?
As a merchant, you’ll have complete control over your own branding and customer base. We offer our SocialCashier platform as a white-label solution to reflect your brand’s identity, enabling you to directly engage with your existing customers while attracting new ones.
