The primary purpose for which REIMAGINATION TECHNOLOGIES processes your personal data is to provide the services derived from any service contract you may enter into with banks, payment processors, and businesses or companies affiliated with REIMAGINATION TECHNOLOGIES, related to the acceptance of payments and/or any other services that you voluntarily decide to pay for (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Services”).

REIMAGINATION TECHNNOLOGIES will process the following categories of personal data: identification and authentication data, contact data, location data from your device, and data regarding your completed payments.
Biometric Data
REIMAGINATION TECHNOLOGIES may process biometric data related to your biometric voiceprint for the purpose of identifying you and verifying your identity for the provision of the Services and for future payment operations you carry out with any company using REIMAGINATION TECHNOLOGIES’ payment acceptance services, identified as VoicePay.
Indirect sources of obtaining personal data
In cases where REIMAGINATION TECHNOLOGIES has a legitimate basis, it may obtain information related to you through the following sources: (i) communication of personal data from affiliated companies (for the purposes of this Privacy Notice, an affiliate means, with respect to a given company, any other company that directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the specified company), subsidiaries and/or controlling entities of REIMAGINATION TECHNOLOGIES; (ii) when third parties with which REIMAGINATION TECHNOLOGIES has commercial agreements provide information related to you, including credit reporting agencies; and (iii) when the information comes from publicly accessible sources.

Primary purposes of processing
REIMAGINATION TECHNOLOGIES will process the personal data described in this Notice to carry out some or all of the necessary activities for the development and fulfillment of the obligations arising from and derived from the Services, including the following purposes:
– To verify and authenticate your identity according to our procedures and policies, including the verification of your Voter ID and similarity of your face or fingerprints with the National Electoral Institute.
– REIMAGINATION TECHNOLOGIES may contact you via phone calls, emails, SMS, WhatsApp® messages, and other physical or electronic communication methods. This is to handle any issues related to the use and management of the Services.
– To maintain the security of payment networks and services, detect technical failures or errors in electronic message transmission, as well as any processing necessary for the proper provision of the payment acceptance service or any other applicable sectoral regulations.

It is important to note that if you give your consent, it will remain valid even after the legal relationship between you and the banks, payment processors, and affiliated businesses using or having used REIMAGINATION TECHNOLOGIES’ payment acceptance services has ended. This means that REIMAGINATION TECHNOLOGIES may continue processing your personal data necessary to fulfill the stated purposes.
Transfers
Not requiring consent
REIMAGINATION TECHNOLOGIES may transfer your personal data to both national and international entities without requiring your consent in the following cases:
– Competent authorities and third parties in legally established cases.
– To the National Electoral Institute (INE) for identity validation and authentication purposes, as described in this Privacy Notice.
